The Center Schoolhouse is open between the last Sunday of the month, May through September from 1:00 to 4:00.

Squires Tavern is the headquarters of the Barkhamsted Historical Society. It is located at 100 East River Road in Barkhamsted and the building and exhibits are open to the public on Wednesday mornings and Sunday afternoons year round.
